Suns out, guns out! No equipment at the beach? No problem! Here’s a fun partner summer beach workout that requires nothing but a beach chair!

3 Rounds:

  • Partner 1 completes 20 walking lunges while Partner 2 completes 10 push-ups with their feet up on the beach chair, then switch! (1 round= you go, switch and your partner goes)

3 Rounds:

  • Partner 1 holds an L-sit on the beach chair while partner 2 completes 15 jumping air squats, then switch.

To Finish:

  • 10 hill sprints in the sand, alternating each time (one sprints, one rests, 10 sprints EACH).
