What We Eat

What does a typical day of eating look like for you? We try to stay pretty consistent during the week with our meals. It keeps us fueled for our day and feeling energized! We stick to real, unprocessed food, and always avoid skipping meals! Here’s a peak into what a typical day of eating looks like for us!

 Tiffany’s Day

Breakfast: 3 eggs, 2 slices of turkey bacon, half a tomato, 1-2 leaves of green chard/ half an avocado/ protein shakeIMG_5174

Snack: Gluten-free oats with unsweetened apple sauce

Lunch: Ground turkey patty / mashed yams/ zucchini

Snack: Rise Bar/nectarine

Post-workout: Protein shake

Dinner: Green beans/shrimp/plantains

Rose’s Day

Breakfast: A big sweet potato and spinach omelette, a side of fruit (strawberries, blackberries, and peaches are my fav!), and some days I’ll add oatmeal. I use the sweet potato cubes I make for dinner the night before and heat them up in a pan with spinach before adding in my eggs!

 

Omelete

Snack: Almond Butter Perfect Food Bar. Always.

Lunch: Tuna and avocado salad with a big handful of almonds and grapes

Post-workout: Protein shake

Dinner: Salmon/ roasted veggies/ roasted sweet potato or butternut squash

Before Bed Snack: Apple with Nuttzo (the best nut butter ever!)

 

Most importantly for both of us… LOTS and LOTS of water! All day long!
